Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery - a collage of the performances

This performance was the culmination of 2 weeks intensive story writing, drama and movement work with Avaes Mohammad and Balbir Singh. The pieces were very personal and moving. An audience of 50 people promenaded around the museum to see the players' performances held among exhibits that were appropriate to their performance. We wish to thank the  participants for giving of themselves and of their time and making this a memorable evening and project.

Halima Cassell working with several groups to bring together a ceramic panel

Halima is working with different groups and coaching participants in her intricate pattern-making techniques. The finished pieces will be combined into one whole panel and this will be displayed in Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery in January 2013.  The pieces on display here will be finished, fired and combined by Halima Cassell.
